Supporting customers by introducing and promoting both existing and new products to reach their market demand, meeting our customers’ requirements and expectations.
Providing day to day information to support customers.
Expanding the customer base and market growth opportunities.
Find new clients and maintain key accounts.
Understand customer insight to become generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
Coordinate with international communication on managing customers and projects to achieve sales targets and enhance market growth.
Responsible to ensure on-time payment and work with Finance team to follow-up overdue.
Communicate with Domestic sales, Logistics , and Operation team on current stock and current shipping status.
Updating international product inventory in xcommerce, filling in sales summary form.
Responsible for planning sales forecast and prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics.

Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills is a must.
Strong organizational skills required to maintain electronic filing system.
Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports
Strong computer literacy (including MS Office, Google workspace) Able to effectively manage time and schedules with fast-paced change environment
Be creative, innovative and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly.
Decision making and flexible and collaborative attitude. looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
