Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Localization: Develop engaging content in Thai and English for blogs, social media, and other marketing materials, ensuring cultural relevance.
Content Planning: Help manage a content calendar and use audience insights to tailor content to meet the needs of Thai and English-speaking audiences.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to make sure content supports business goals. Communicate feedback from different teams to improve content strategies.
Quality Control & Improvement: Edit and proofread content in both languages. Use basic analytics to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
Creative & Multimedia Content: Assist in creating multimedia like videos and infographics suited to the platform and audience.
Global Coordination: Coordinate with global teams on marketing projects and manage sales-related documents. Ensure smooth information flow between teams.
