Senior digital marketing
Senior Digital Marketing
At gadhouse we're looking for a Senior digital marketing to join our team.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
Manage the company’s website and blog, content, optimizing for SEO, and tracking performance
Oversee social media accounts
Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing newsletters, promotional emails
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals
Key skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms
Proficiency with social media and paid advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and E-Commerce Ads (TikTok is a plus)
Experience with SEO and keyword research
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
Proficiency with a range of digital marketing tools and technologies
A proven track record of driving results through digital marketing efforts
Additional responsibilities
Collaborate with design and development teams to create and optimize landing pages, website design, and user experience
Conduct market and customer research to inform marketing strategies and tactics
Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns
Develop and implement strategies for retargeting and remarketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, and customer success, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals
Additional skills
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Experience with video marketing and creating video content
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Experience with project management tools such as Asana
Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial for global marketing efforts
