Senior Digital Marketing

At gadhouse we're looking for a Senior digital marketing to join our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
  • Manage the company’s website and blog, content, optimizing for SEO, and tracking performance
  • Oversee social media accounts
  • Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing newsletters, promotional emails
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals

Key skills

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency with social media and paid advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and E-Commerce Ads (TikTok is a plus)
  • Experience with SEO and keyword research
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency with a range of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • A proven track record of driving results through digital marketing efforts

Additional responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to create and optimize landing pages, website design, and user experience
  • Conduct market and customer research to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies for retargeting and remarketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, and customer success, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals

Additional skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with video marketing and creating video content
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial for global marketing efforts
